The delivery fee
Travel is included inside the Plymouth area, where the pub is based. Greater Boston is beyond that, so there is a delivery fee, quoted with the booking and fixed before you commit. Nothing is added on the day.
Offices, backyards and venues across Greater Boston, from Plymouth.
A mobile Irish pub in Boston from The Síbín means an actual pub is towed up from Plymouth, set on a level spot the size of a parking space at your office, backyard or venue, and stays for 24 hours. Delivery to Greater Boston carries a fee, quoted up front with the booking, and the one thing the city asks of us is a place to park it.
There are two pubs: The Síbín, a towed Victorian Irish pub with a real snug and genuine Irish history on the walls, and The Aer, an inflatable pub for 25 to 30 that goes up in minutes. You supply the drink, or add our bartenders from Ireland. Prices are on the pricing page; the contact form is the quickest way to find out whether your site works.

Seats 16 Travel is included inside the Plymouth area, where the pub is based. Greater Boston is beyond that, so there is a delivery fee, quoted with the booking and fixed before you commit. Nothing is added on the day.
Every rental is 24 hours, so the pub can arrive outside the rush and be set up well before your guests appear. Delivery and collection times are agreed with you and, where there is one, with the venue or building.
Metro West, the North Shore and the suburbs on every side of the city are all reachable, and the quote simply follows the distance from Plymouth. South of the city is our home turf and the shortest drive.
Rates for both pubs and the bartenders are on the pricing page.
Boston has carried its Irishness proudly since the famine ships, and it still does: the parade through South Boston every March, the old Irish neighbourhoods of Southie, Dorchester and Charlestown, the pubs, the surnames on the shopfronts and the city hall. A mobile Irish pub in Boston is less a novelty than a homecoming, and the Dáil Éireann bonds and the 1916 Irish Volunteer newspaper on The Síbín’s walls tell the same Irish-American story the city does.
We cover the city itself and everything around it: the suburbs to the west and north, out through Metro West and up to the North Shore. If you are south of the city, in Quincy or Braintree, you are on the South Shore and closer to home. If you are heading over the bridge, Cape Cod has its own page.
The Síbín is a trailer. It needs a level, hard surface — concrete, asphalt, gravel or pavers — of at least 22 feet by 14 feet, with a route in and out for the truck. Office car parks, company grounds, event venues with a lot and suburban driveways and backyards all work. A street in Beacon Hill or a courtyard reached by steps does not. One rule for commercial property with public access, such as a business car park or a campus: the pub is collected the same day and is not left overnight.
The Aer arrives folded in the back of a van and needs a flat four-metre square: a lawn, a terrace, a yard behind the office. Its blower runs the whole time it is standing, so it needs continuous power: one ordinary 20-amp outlet within 100 feet, and we bring the cord.
Whether the site is a venue, a building or your own home, permissions and permits are yours or the venue’s to confirm. Rules vary by town — check with your local licensing board. Our guide lists the questions to ask.

Holds 30 Greater Boston is corporate-event country: a summer party in the company car park, a product launch at a venue with a lot, a Friday that deserves better than the break room. The Síbín seats 16 in a snug with a working bar, a stove heater, AC and a smart TV, and it is the only mobile Irish pub with a snug we know of in New England. $997 midweek, $1,200 at the weekend, for 24 hours.
The Aer holds 25–30 and goes up in minutes, for $500 any day, with a bar table, seating and a jockey box as add-ons. A third pub is coming.
And then there is March. St. Patrick’s Day in Boston is the month that fills first, and the weekend either side of the 17th goes months ahead. Either pub comes as dry hire, where you supply the drink, or fully staffed with our bartenders from Ireland, one of them a Dubliner.
Give us a level parking space and we will give you an Irish pub.— the whole of the city’s requirements, in fairness

Company events, backyard parties and March — offices with a car park, suburban backyards and the week either side of St. Patrick’s Day.
Planning a corporate event, a fundraiser or a St. Patrick’s Day party in Greater Boston? Those pages have the detail, and the contact form is the quickest way to a date.
Not on the street itself, no. The Síbín is a towed trailer that needs a level spot about the size of a parking space, with room for the truck to deliver and collect it. That rules out a kerb in Beacon Hill or the North End, but it suits an office car park, a company’s grounds, a suburban driveway or backyard, or an event venue with a lot. The Aer arrives folded in a van and needs a flat four-metre square and continuous power, so it reaches a few spots the trailer cannot. Tell us the address and we will say straight away whether it works.
Permits and permissions are yours or the venue’s to check, and we will tell you which questions to ask. Rules vary by town — check with your local licensing board. We have put together a plain-English guide to the questions. We never sell alcohol: the drink is yours, and the pub and the bartenders are ours.
Yes, if the office has a car park, a loading area or grounds where a trailer can sit level with vehicle access, and an outlet within reach. The Síbín makes a snug for the senior table; The Aer makes a bar tent for the whole floor. Add our bartenders from Ireland, TIPS-certified and insured, from $499 for a 4-hour event, and nobody from accounts has to work the taps. Our corporate events page has the detail.
Across Greater Boston: the city itself, the suburbs on all sides, Metro West and up to the North Shore. Delivery is included only inside the Plymouth area, where the pub is based, so a Boston booking carries a delivery fee that we quote up front with the booking. If you are south of the city, in Quincy, Braintree or beyond, you are on our home turf and the drive is shorter.
We do, and March is the month that fills first. South Boston’s parade draws the biggest crowd of the year, which is exactly why a pub in your own car park or backyard is such a good idea: your music, your crowd, no queue. The weekend either side of the 17th goes first, so book early. Our St. Patrick’s Day page has the rest.
The Aer holds 25 to 30 inside, with the bar table add-on giving the rest somewhere to lean outside the door, for $500 any day. The Síbín seats about 16 in the snug with beer-garden seating outside, and people tend to rotate through it over the night; it is $997 midweek and $1,200 at the weekend. For a bigger crowd, outdoor seating and glassware are add-ons quoted with the booking.
Tell us the address, the date and roughly how many are coming. We will say whether the site works and quote the delivery up front.
