A síbín is a traditional Irish drinking house — the hidden-away sort of pub where the craic always flowed freely. The Síbín is the first of our pubs, its interior walls hung with genuine memorabilia that celebrates and tells the stories of the long-standing bond between the Irish and America.

While you chat over a signature cocktail or a fresh-tapped stout at your event, you can take in the history our décor tells. Did you know the Fenian Brotherhood helped form Canada, with a little help from the US Government? Or that the reason a sandwich is called a “sub” traces back to the IRA and an Italian-American immigrant?

You and your guests are transported to Ireland — with all the comforts and character of a traditional Irish pub snug. We can’t promise it’ll help form another sovereign nation, but we can promise it’ll create stories you’ll be talking about for years.
